All latex material used for our latex products are imported from south east Asia, foaming machine and automatic production line come from Italy, we adopt science and advanced technology know-how to make latex products with fine quality, which is up to international standard. Aluminium ally moulds are used to make latex core and pillow core. We have lots of moulds with all kinds sizes and shapes that can meet the requirements of all clients. Per day the output of automatic line is near to the capacity of one 40ft container., washed, dried and punched simultaneously, finally latex sheets are cut into clients sizes or be sold out in rolls. Well washes, dry and vulcanlization by high frequency make our quality stable. After finally being checked, products may be packed in cartons, plastic bag or pressed package.
